«Em Bebbi sy Jazz» is an integral part of the Basel event calendar for more than 35 years. Up to 80,000 music lovers find their way to the oldtown of Grossbasel on Friday evening after the summer school holiday and are pleased that more than 80 bands, street bands and choirs perform on more than 30 stages. At the probably biggest one-day jazz event in the world, all concerts can be visited free of charge.
